messiah 2 install question

When fitting a messiah 2 to a Pal V4 is it poss to use the same alternative {via points} solder points a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i as used when fitting an original messiah to avoid using the cpu legs?

You can. But the vias are what should be avoided for the reasons very plainly stated in the Messiah 2 Install Guide.

If you're a soldering whizzo, you'll probably get away with it. But if not...

Thanks charlie im quite happy using them not had any problems in the past i use a 12watt iron with 0.4 tip then hot glue the lot
but it is very easy to over heat and loose track from these connections
