.bin .cue

Ok folks, l'm a newbie, so go easy on me. l have a program in a .bin.cue format. When l burnt it to cd, it came out as a .bin.cue. no difference. l have Adaptec easy Cd creator as well as CloneCD. l know its possible too burn these programs, but HOW do l do it.
Can someone hold my hand and walk me through it?

Why not be smart and use the actual program that .bin/.cue files are meant for?

The program to which BOT-CK refers is called CDR-WIN.
