Question How to make a DC backup

Hello.
I guy made for me a backup of a DC game, but he did it wrong.
He extract the game on his harddisk and then made an image,
the game won't work after I burnt the image. It's a non selfbooting game. How can I make this game working?

what game was it? did he make his own rip or was it one he had downloaded off the internet? what program did he use to copy the game? does his burner support sub channel data? these are all importatn questions you should ask. see,.. it could be a number of things right now. most likely though, he didn't copy the sub channel data or his burner doesn't support it. provide more information and i can better help you solve this problem.

The game is NBA on NBC, the writer is a Samsung 16x and the program is Nero.
I hope this is enough information for you

Are you sure this game isn't selfboot ?
Isn't your friend's CD selfboot ?
I thought this release was already selfboot...

If it is, you have to burn your CD properly (use DiscJuggler), or use Echelon's tutorial to make it selfboot again.
Otherwise, your friend might have miss some files...
