Striping ISO files of patches

Al'right lads just wondering if there is a program that will take all existing patches off an iso to revert it to its original state.

The reason I ask is cause I've got winning 11 5 in JAP but there is a patch to make the text english but the file size doesn't match.

Have you got an original Jap WE5? Because I've just successfully applied the Jap to English patch from Megagames.com to the WE5 original, using PPF-O-Matic without any file size mismatch.

From your question it appears that you have tried to apply the patch. Was this to an already patched ISO? Was the file a CDR-WIN .bin file? Who produced the file and how? etc.
