cache sizes in cdrwin??

hi,
what determines what to set your cache size in cdrwin? goldenhawk says to NEVER set it above two but other people have suggested setting it higher.
I made a few perfect copies setting it on two, but would it be better to set it higher?
I have 128 megs of ram so isnt it good to set it between 4-8?
any opinions?

BOT is on a distinguished road
I do not believe Goldenhawk said that.
On the cache options screen press the 'HELP' button.

well, they did!
they said to never "set cache at above 2 because anything over that is uneccesary and can make your system unstable"
http://www.goldenhawk.com/cdrwin.htm
go take a look....it says it down at the bottom of the page.

but I did see the screen that you were talking about where it said to set it higher according ram etc so??
thanks...
