Unpack.bat for UCC

Hi, I created a data.ldx using UCC using following method:

pZLib64+srep:m3f+lolz:dtb1:tt16:d2047:mc1023

Although I did set it to create records.ini, it didn't create it so I'm kinda stuck in the middle. I don't know how to create a setup file. I tried to extract using FreeArc 0.51 but it asked for password, even though I didn't set one.
I cannot extract the file. So my question is that if someone can create a unpack.bat which can extract UCC archives.
If not, can you please tell me how to obtain the password? Or name a good compressor which can create archive that are easier to extract, or you can give installscript for CUI v2.5g
I am attaching arc.ini for more info, the method used is named as "Unity" in arc.ini
