get the original .exe at their own place, then only you can apply the official patch, this rules applied to every games.
if you can't get them, re-install the whole game and overwrite existing cracked .exe you replaced after installed at the first time. if you want, you can have a fresh installation, just don't forget to backup your profiles and save games.
so, you learned a very good lesson here, backup before you replace any .exe, you don't know when it will be needed....
