after installed any archive program (WinZip/WinRAR/WinAce), select all the files (you can include directories) you want to pack, then right click on them and select corresponding options, such as "Add to Zip file...", "Add to archive...", "Add to blah blah blah..."
there's an icon which u can know that it's related to those archive...
