Alright, sorry, didn't remember which button started a new LAN/Internet Game. When you go to multiplayer, just click the first button at the top "New LAN/Internet Game". Then just set up options on the next screen.

I don't know if non-cracked people can join your server. I've never tried it, I would be interested to know. I know they can't join the cracked dedicated server, but I don't know if you host one from within the game.
