I have a Yamaha CDRW4260T which has performed fine until recently. About 6 months ago it started misbehaving crashing during burning using Nero, CDRWin and Diskjuggler. The failures are not buffer underruns the type of message I get are(in diskjuggler) :focus ,servo or spindle error. It happens just about every time and always near the end of the burn (always >90%). Mostly it happens when the cache is emptying.
Does anybody have any experience of this or any ideas

ps I emailed the fault to yamaha (on their cdr website) more than 2 weeks ago but no acknowledgement/reply.
