If the Clone CD Tray isn't already running in the bottom right hand side of your screen, then start it up from your Start menu. Then right click on it and make sure the tick is beside Hide CD-R Media.
If it is grayed out it is because your regional settings are set to USA or Japan. You could change the regional settings or use
this tool.
