Just some follow up, the backup I've created runs fine on my other system (should have thought about that before I waste so many cds ) the problem turnout to be that WC3 have cdr protection, it will not allow backup to run in a cdr/cdrw, so just play it in normal cdrom and it should work. You could enable Hide CD-R Media in the Clone CD Tray if you want to play from a burner.
