GL : these groups don't work anymore on DC games. They won't spend any time working on "old" patches. And it's very difficult to find them. You can contact some of them on IRC if you know where they are...
If you want to make your own patches, you'll probably need to learn DC assembler and do reverse ingeneering on your bin files.
Did PAL patcher find a 50/60 Hz code on this game ?
If so, do you really care about wasting 1 blank CD to make a test ? I wasted thousands CDs for tests...
Steve456 : you need 2 things :
1) your patch file (*.ppf)
2) the original image of your game (*.cdi, *.bin, *.nrg, ...)
Then what you need to do is use a patch engine (PPF-O-Matic for example) to apply your patch to your image. It simply modifies a specific code in a specific file.
