and actually action, you CAN play from a cd-rw disc. its just better to test your copy there, and then burn to a cd-r if thats successful, so that you can re-use the more expensive cd-rw disc. as it is, i've got to buy lots of high speed ones again, as i just discovered my dvd can play cd-rw's, but not cd-r's
