Self-boot isn't a program, but rather the precise format of the disc. To permit the disc to selfboot, it must have a TINY audio track first, followed immediately by the data track (for older Dreamcasts) or it must contain a data track mirror image of the data first, followed by the actual data track (as BIN2BOOT does when converting ISO images to DiscJuggler's CDI images). The latter is the format that some newer Dreamcasts can read, although there are some Dreamcasts that it has been reported will not read ANY copies.
