I don't guarantee this answer but I don't think so. Samsung's web site doesn't show any model listed in the CloneCD table of Samsung drives that supports RAW+96. Your model isn't in the list at all.

A fair test (but it might only be compatible with RAW+16) is to read a disk with CloneCD. If the sub-channel data buttons are not greyed out, then at least RAW+16 is supported. For protected games you need RAW+96. So try the burner and see what happens. Or call Samsung and ask them.
