Bad Quality on Protected Audio CD's?

I used CloneCD 4 and just copied the first Session, the Audio session. 4 or 5 songs had a click about 5-9 seconds from start.
I tried to extract the Audios to my HD with Feurio and it worked fine, just a tiny click at the same place in just song 1. That click is also in the oríginal CD.
Is it the software, the burner or the disc that causes this clicks?
I used a Plextor 12/4/32.
