Does it work witout the code?
Some codes can cause trouble, if the PS X-change disk will allow the game to run without the codes, my guess is it would be the codes your entering, if it won't you have a faulty Ex-Change disk.
This is the enable code I found for the game you mentioned, and it's huge!!
