I have a modchip for my PS2. When I copy a ps2 game using Nero, I have no problems. However, if I want to rip the game onto my hard drive with CDRWin, and then burn the .bin file onto a CDR....the game will not load. I've tried every FAQ site known to man, and I still haven't had any luck.
Charlie's Answer: Did you try www.psxcopyworld.co.uk?
My objective here is to put an EA patch on that .bin file because I don't think I can patch games using Nero nor can I download backup files from the internet and burn them using Nero. Anyway, a long time ago, I remember talking to someone who told me to edit the .cue file.
Charlie's Answer: You are right not to edit the CUE file.
I forget what this person told me to do, but I did make changes to the .cue file and it did work for me so I'm positive I don't have any CD-writer issues.
Charlie's Answer: Of course we are not positive that you don't have any CD-writer issues. What reader/burner do you have? At what speed do you burn the disk
Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!

P.S. - I am using CDRWin 3.8e
