I haven't found the perfect fix yet.
I tried them all at Megagames and could only get the original Starcraft or the expansion (Broodwars) to work without the C.D.. Never both. You would need the CD for one or the other depending on which fix you used, no matter how many I tried at once. Ofcoarse maybe I was doing something wrong. I'd like to know the answer to your question and how exactly to use the fixes for this game in conjuction with other fixes for the original.
P.S. You need to install the game from your harddrive, not your CD-Rom player to get the fixes at Megagames to work for Starcraft.
