I'll say at the outset we're not the cheapest but we give 90 days warranty on the work and fully test the work with import originals (D/DVD) and DVD-Rs. We do one recalibration iof the laser if necessary and if DVD-Rs don't work, call you for instructions. We usually keep spare lasers in stock. v5s won't have any such difficulties.
