looks like a neo2.2 mate.
I use a non static tape on my mods. No better way to explain it exept that its small black tape!
Make sure that all the wires coming off the mod chip are soldered well and just simply roll the tape over the mod chip around 2 times. This stops the contacts from touching anyway and killing your board.
on a version 4 machine (Just done 1 tonight) when you place the silver cover over the board you will notice that there is a cut out section in the middle. If the wires are long enough place your modchip somewhere in this region. Perfect!
