A small info : if your game is selfboot (and it is), you won't see any ip.bin since it's between 1st and 2nd track on your CD. Windows explorer & iso utils won't find it.
If you want to verify it's here, make an image with DiscJuggler, HEdit it and look for "SEGAKATAN". You'll find your IP.BIN.
