The name thing Im not so sure on, i just use the cheats in game (there basically the same cept for area select). Radio station is easy, just put any mp3 you want to hear in the mp3 folder of GTA's directory. Hit "R" in game to change stations, all your mp3's will play on a "station" named MP3 Player. It will play and loop them as you change cars etc. Have fun, by the way, nothing beats running from cops to tha beat of Dead Girl Superstar.
