Yes, but there are issues with that version being able to extract .RAR files that were created with WinRAR 3.0 beta versions. There is a fix available on
www.winace.com under the March 22, 2002 title.
Or you might could just use WinRAR 3.0 Final to extract them. But the files on GameCopyWorld DO WORK.
