NTSC Games On PAL Consoles
Why is it that whenever I played NTSC PSX Games on my PAL PS2,
like Dance Dance Revolution, the sound doesn't sync with the steps.
I heard that the Messiah chip stretch the video to full screen, but does it fix it?
