Try recording with a different brand or lower the recording speed.

What type of discs are you using: what brand and at what speed?

Unbranded discs and thos that come from the Ritek factory give the most troble. A program called CD-R IDENTIFIER, will analyse the disc in your writer and tell you where it came from (doesn't work on all writers).

You can also get a "bad batch" with better-quality discs; they are not 100% error-free, and you may also find your writer works best with certain brands.

My writer totally hates Samsung discs, but works with 99% of others.
