Unsafedisc only creates a fixed .exe, not a NoCD crack. That means that after the Safedisc protection is removed there may still be other protections such as CD-Checks, which you have encountered here.

Simply by using a fixed .exe. Copy content of CD to temp dir > replace main .exe with fixed .exe > burn to CD using Nero and the
same label.
Always keep a copy of the original main .exe for patching though.
This is how i do it all the time. And it works with 99.9% of all writers (i know, i know, its a waste of potential if you can do 1:1 of course).
