This topic was discussed before but I will answer it since can't say who answered it last time...
Messiah LE is slightly different from Original due to compatibility issue..Orginal M chip was only compatible with Ver.4 NTSC PSX2 only with SCPH 30001 DC 1A,1B and All SCPH 35001 unless you had a PAL machine which is compatible with All PAL machines ..
Where Messiah LE is compatible with NTSC Ver.1-5(All) and Japanese Machines as well(So I hear)..And you do not have to worry about NTSC Fix Problem(Caused on PSX Backups where Color glitches) on the Messiah LE unlike Original Messiah where NTSC Fix had to be added on the chip..
Basically Messiah LE is Messiah Ver.B with glitches and Incompatibility issues all fixed..
It is not Messiah 2 which is planned soon(Unknown date).Rather LE chip is upgrade/update chip sort of speak!
