back track!!! before u start burning anything else , make sure your ripping/burning method is correct there are heaps of ways to stuff up on win
if u are using a pc I suggest ripping and burning using cdrwin bin/cue method

next , where are u getting your titles from?? do the one's your copying from even work??
go rent something from your local video shop and try copying that with the bin/cue method...
if it all fails then its ur mod.
