The 12x10x32 is a pretty good cd writer, I got one like that. It also works with clone cd, but as far as I've heard, the Plextor writers aren't the best choice if you want to burn sd2 protected games, 'cause the cd-r's will only work in the writer. And I'm pretty sure, many of the new games will be protected with sd2. Of course, all other cd-r's burned will work in any cd-rom drive.

I never use clone cd, because I don't like to wait 8 hours until the cd-rom has read the cd. I usually just copy all the files and use a crack. Works almost all of the time.

If you want to use clone cd, check out their website. They recommend a couple of writers. Also look at some of the other threads to see which writers are capable of burning sd2 protected games.
