Copy the CDs to a temp dir. Use Unsafedisc v2.05.xx to remove copy protection from setup.exe and ra2.exe. Burn the two temp dirs to a CD using the SAME label (IMPORTANT!!!). You got your copy.
btw: Its not a 1:1.
