You need to patch this game. I did put a link on a reply last week on another Tekken post.
Also check out
www.psxcopyworld.co.uk it seems your booting methods are a little messy.
Also with regards to media, if your using cheap ones bin them. Treat your ps2 to some Verbatim Datalife plus media they are the best.
