Ok, I'm new to patching games, so I need help patching MK2 for psx. First I'll give you all the facts so there are no questions:
1)I'm playing the game on a stealth-8wired-modded PSone.
2)I am using high grade media to burn the game(not that seems to be the problem)
3)I downloaded all the rar files for Mortal Kombat II PSX off of the following site:

So here's the problem and events:
1) I downloaded the rar files from the above site.
2) I extracted the files and got a .cue and .bin file.
3) I burnt them on a CDR Using Nero.
4) I still have all rar files(18 in all) and the .cue and .bin file on my comp incase something went wrong.
5) The Game burnt fine except for the fact that it was PAL. After taking the game out of my PSone, I popped it into my comps cd-drive and checked it out. In one of the directories on the game was a file call: PAL.pal
6) I looked up all the patching tutorials on this site and many others(including PAL4U2K).
7) Every time I followed the instuctions, I hit a dead end.
Examples: CDRWin kept coming up with "Can not find 'TOC'"
PAL4U2K could not find any files to patch.
Now I know this game can be patched because on the PAL4U2K site, it states it in the patched game archive.
So what I am asking for is help of any kind. Weither it be:
Someone posting a way to patch the game.
Someone posting the patch to download.
Someone posting the actual game .bin and .cue patched for me to download.
Hell I even be willing to PAY for a copy of the game burnt and patched.
I've been looking for this game for literally YEARS. It is the last game I need in my personal PSX collection. Any, and I mean ANY help would be great.
