Basically the patch is probably checking the verision of MOH on your hard drive. I believe it does this by checking the Exe file. What u need to do is replace the cracked exe that u say u are using with the original uncracked/unfixed exe that comes with the retail game. Basically u just be uncracking the game. This should let u update your game. After doing this u will need to download a crack for the patch u installed.
