then your scart lead is not RGB, or you used the wrong scart socket on your TV or did not switch it to RGB.
RGB is ALWAYS in color, it's impossible for it not to be. so I guess the pic you get is a composite picture, not RGB. just cause it has a scart plug doesn't make it a RGB cable, keep that in mind.
