the errors came up after only a few hours play, the exact same dvd-r boots and runs flawlessly on my flat-mates 35002/NEO2.5 so it has to be my 30002R/R-MOD..
just re-read what I posted regarding the dvd-rip's, didn't make myself very clear .......
when i boot some dvd-rip games my drives makes loud ticks like it's having problems reading the data , or sometimes spins up, really, really fast and then ticks loudly before failing to boot..
I know about the 640 mb dvd-rip limit on the r-mod... but can someone explain why this happens with this chip in particular?
i'm still stumped....
