Clone CD 4 and read the disk from your Lite on, and write with the Lite-on. CCD4 will do all the work for you, you only need to tell it that it's a game cd.
If you don't want CCD4 cos it's in Beta stage (it's perfectly workable at the moment in my opinion), then you can get the previous version and tick Fast Error Skip during the read.
