Hi, it might sound stupid, but i've had little success with backing up my psx games.

I'm wondering if it's a must to apply a patch to a game?
Will most games (unprotected?) work without any patches?

I am trying to back up twisted metal world tour (which apparently is unprotected) with out applying any patch, and didnt work..
what a waste of a CD ;(
Couldnt find a patch for it either

i was using cdrwin 4 by the way

any comments or help any one?
