There are 2 schemes for you.
1st, use DVDCutter Stream and Mp3CDWav Converter, you can download it from www.jummpa.com

2nd, you can try Burn DVD to VCD/SVCD/Avi(DivX) in CD-R/RW,
you can find it in the Free Download Area of www.jummpa.com
