are you talking about the image file you are trying to make,or the recording it self.it it is the image file select error recovery to ignore with cdrwin, but i think your problem is that the disk is scrached or dirty and your burner cant read it.if the disk is scrached you can get a disk repair kit at block buster and does a good job.
