You didn't mention that any other aspect of your board differed from the v4 diagram. Yet you asked if it could be a v5.
The 30003R comes in two variants:
1 As a v4 with version 2.10E BIOS/Drivers
2 As a v5 ditto
The v5 is currently identified by removing the expansion bay cover and feeling along the top inside rim. If there are three scres, two flush on the casing and one screw inset on a flange, then it is a v5.
