Clony XXL which will tell you what protection the cd is using and what settings to use in Clone CD. Whether you're able to copy it with Clone CD is down to what kind of drive you have. What is your burner?
Also get rid of Easy CD-Cremator. You should keep the rest of them, but Easy has no use whatsoever.
