This is protected with one of the earliest versions of Safedisk 2.
Check here to see if your drive can copy SD2 (must be capable of correct EFM coding).
If it is, then tick Fast Error Skip while reading.
If it's not, which I don't think it is, you could try doing the above but also enabling Amplify Weak Sectors while writing.
If that doesn't work, then either download the fixed exe and setup exe (if there is one) from GCW or make them yourself using Unsafedisk.
Remember that the setup.exe is also protected so you have to "fix" it as well.
