what reader and writer are you using for a start ,if its ide then its crap you are far better of with scsi for copying all psx,ps2. What program are you using ,your best bet is discjuggler v2 and clone cd 2.8.3.1 or higher for doing straight copys and use cdrwin for patching. One of the main reasons you might not be able to copy the cd if its not that badly scratched because it maybe a poorly pressed original yes that happens dont forget how many 1000`s of copys are pressed another reason maybe your reader dont like reading bad sectors or scratches..... all you peepz saying that when the burnig prog puts 0 in for sectors that it can`t read the psx won`t play that is the BIGGEST load of rubish. I`ve got over 800 titles a lot with errors and unreadable sectors and guess what they play and copy just great by the way mate get yourself a scsi 40Xplextor(UltraPlex) reader and you`ll have no troube reading the discs any more i havent and ive had mine for 3 years now and ive copied well over 60,000 cds not many coasters either just 2 new writers [/QUOTE]WOW, This may be the bigest load of shit yet! First off i have a pioneer dvr ao3 like alot of you along with a 2 year old HP cdrw. Both are ide and i NEVER burn a coaster. Second, Cdrwin was CREATED to copy PSX games so, with the exception of clone cd, nothing is better as far as software goes. Third, NO PSX game has intentional errors, several other members including myself have already stated this. Your game may load but it will FAIL somewhere in gameplay if it has errors so why copy it. Yes, blindread and blindwrite will work, If you want a damaged backup from a DAMAGED game.
