I'm presuming your copying a Safedisk 2 game. Your writer cannot copy this protection. AWS doesn't help all writers.
BTW - the correct settings to use for your drive with SD2 is Fast Error Skip while reading, and AWS, Burn-proof, and Close Last Session while writing.
As I said though, AWS doesn't work on all writers. So you should download a crack from one of the sites listed in the sticky topic at the top of this forum.

Clony XXl which will tell you the protection being used on the game and the correct settings to use in Clone CD. If it's not SD2 then give it another go with the settings it suggests and if that doesn't work then use a crack.
