It's the vias from the BIOS chip. My advice to you is to find the BIOS chip and solder to the two adjacent legs. I think the diagrams are on

The vias are an integrated part of the circuitry linking two sides of the board and anything in between. Cook those and you've ruined the board.
That said, there is a technique for vias .... no I'm not going to describe it becaue I wouldn't want to lead you into disaster.
