I'm assuming it's the BIOS chip to which you are soldering.
Take a razor blade and using blue tack to hold it down, put it between the two BIOS pins close up to the adjoining pin.
Spray solder flux onto the leg of the BIOS chip and dip the wire end into solder paste. Take the wire to the leg and with your 0.10mm tip 15 watt soldering iron make the joint. Move to the next pin and do the same thing. Work from the razor blade side and no pins will be bridged.
If you haven't got the means of doing it this way, you are likely to fail!
