I recall there was a program called DendaDVD which does about the same as the program you mentioned. Anyway I think you'll get better quality if you do all the steps yourself and make you're own choices for quality/size enz. In this method you have to use single programs for each job and combine them to make the final file. You can find some very good guides en information here
