It's a boot disk so downloading it as a copy won't work.
Your easiest way out is to upgrade from whatever mocchip you've got to the Origachip 1.25 (
www.origachip.com). This will boot import originals (direct) and all backups including DVD-R with a single swap (no auto-eject of the tray) using DVD REGION X. The Utiity Disk is redundant now (no you can't have it). I use the PAL version of DVD Region X because the chip boots import originals. You only need Jap VD RX to play US movies.
Thatll be the easiest way out I reckon.
